Our flagship program creates an environment where you can focus exclusively on scaling faster and globally. Founders have told us we succeeded:
In this environment we foster what we like to call a process of actionable discovery. By that we mean we expose you to state-of-the-art know-how grounded on the hard-earned experience that makes Silicon Valley startups scale exponentially (discovery), and help you develop a roadmap for you to execute and take your company up the J-Curve (actionable).
Twice a year we invite a cohort of startups to participate in our two-week Immersion Program. During those two weeks, C-Level officers and founders participate in workshops, meetings and activities that not only inspire but help assess the current strategic position of the company, plot improvements to ramp-up growth, define a roadmap based on strategic and tactical considerations and last but not least, start working on it.
Helping startups in cohorts works better for everyone. It’s more efficient for us, and better for the startups, who probably end up helping one another at least as much as we help them.
Desafía has a large alumni network with a strong ethos of helping out fellow portfolio startups. So whatever your problem, advice, or intro to a particular company may be, there’s a good chance someone in the network can help you.
Desafía’s Immersion Program is a non-equity assistance for Spanish startups only. In order to be considered, companies must be incorporated in Spain, have a scalable business model and have traction in terms of revenue and funding. So far we seem to be on track— both, the startups we’ve helped and their investors are happy with our work.
We are accepting applications for the Remote 2021 Immersion Program (March 15 to March 26, 2021).
Spanish startups can submit an application by February 21, 2021 (23:59 CET). Startups that SUBMIT EARLY have an advantage because the later you apply, the harder it is to get in. Your application will be reviewed on the merits of its content and not on its timing but it's harder to be accepted the later you apply as you'll be generally competing for fewer slots.
The Validation Program is for Spanish technology companies that have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) but not necessarily traction and are interested in validating their company with Silicon Valley experts.
The Validation Program provides a direct channel to Silicon Valley that will help you get a first direct contact with its mindset and receive feedback on your product and company together with improvement recommendations.
You don't have to wait long and travel far to gain these valuable insights. The Validation Program takes place online or in different cities in Spain throughout the year. Get in touch with us if you are interested in participating.
